Do I need to register before placing an order?

No, registration is neither required nor possible on our site at this time. You can place your order directly without creating an account.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

For any order modification or cancellation, please contact us promptly via our email: contact@pop-stamp.fr or via our online chat. We will do our best to respond to your request, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments by Credit Card and PayPal.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

When will my credit card be charged for the order?

Shipping and delivery

How much does shipping to my destination cost?

PopStamp produces your stamps, embossing presses, and dry stamps in 1 to 2 business days. In the vast majority of cases, products are shipped the day after the order is placed.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination as follows:

In metropolitan France:
- Standard delivery - 2 to 5 business days: €7 (free for orders of €150 or more)
- Express delivery - 1 to 2 business days: €12
In French overseas territories:
- Standard delivery - 3 to 9 business days: €15
International Europe:
- Standard delivery - 3 to 9 business days: €15

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Pricing is being finalized and will be available soon.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

In France: between 2 and 5 working days
Internationally: deadlines are being finalized and will be communicated shortly.
